Designer Dieting
is a complete nutritional system that teaches you how to
control your weight, lose body fat, and if desired, gain
muscle, by controlling the food you eat. It's that
simple! With Designer Dieting you learn what your
body needs, how foods regulate your body's ability to
burn and store fat by proper hormonal balance (insulin &
glucagon), how to monitor yourself and then adjust your
macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates & fat) to achieve
your desired results and maintain them. Designer
Dieting will also help you to incorporate exercise
into your lifestyle, if so desired, in a way that works
for you whether you’re advanced or just starting out.
There are routines for fat burning cardio along with
muscle building weight training (even for the hard
gainer) to get you in the shape of your life.
So at
this point, if you were looking for a secret way to lose
weight and/or gain muscle– I've lost you. But if you’re
serious about gaining control of your eating, learning
what your body needs and doesn't need while turning it
into a fat burning/muscle building machine, then you've
come to the right place.
What inspired me to
develop this program was the fact that with all the
schooling and education in the world most people never
learn the proper way to eat, and how their bodies react
to the different macronutrients. They just chow down on
what tastes good or what they see advertised day in and
day out. Or they grab a quick bag or box of something
and devour it.
Think about this for
a minute. If you have a headache and you were to take a
pain reliever, would you just open the bottle and just
start taking them non-stop until your headache went
away. Or if you had a headache would you take an
antacid? Can you take as many pain relives as you want,
of course not. If you do you can become seriously ill,
even die. And if you took an antacid it would do nothing
for your headache for it's not what your body needs.
But this for the
most part is our mentality when it comes to food. We
don't think about what the body needs. We just eat
whatever whenever, as long as it tastes good, satisfies
a craving and stops us from being hungry. But this
unfortunately is not how we were designed.
Then there are those
of us who do try to eat well and still don’t attain our
desired results. We try different diets and fads, we try
starving ourselves (this is not a good idea), we take
diet supplements and we still get little or no results.
This can be quite discouraging, frustrating and
overwhelming to say the least.
The main reason for
this is the fact that most plans are not designed for
your individual needs. This is where Designer Dieting
differs from the rest. In this ebook guide you have all
the information you need to learn how to eat a
nutritionally balanced and complete diet. You will also
learn how to adjust your diet to your specific needs by
gauging your results according to your body type,
metabolism, calorie expenditure, exercise habits, your
recovery needs, lifestyle and so forth
